Soyeong An

I am a Contract-Renewable Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Northern Colorado. I received my Ph.D. in philosophy from The Ohio State University in Spring 2023. My research focuses on the philosophy of science and metaphysics. Overall, I am interested in the metaphysics of the various central concepts in science and of scientific knowledge. The topics I have particularly focused on are: scientific explanation, causation, laws of nature, and scientific realism.
