Soyeong An

I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Northern Colorado. I received my Ph.D. in philosophy from The Ohio State University in Spring 2023. My research focuses on the philosophy of science and metaphysics. Overall, I am interested in the metaphysics of the various central concepts that are central to scientific practice and scientific knowledge. The topics I have particularly focused on are: scientific explanation, causation, laws of nature, and scientific realism.
